Eating in line with a vegan diet is more than just avoiding the obvious: beef, pork, chicken, eggs and dairy. Angry Vegans will tell you that you must avoid these at any cost, and will shame you, even if you have a medical condition that doesn’t allow you to avoid the main culprits. Maybe you don’t have a medical condition, but you’re not quite ready to make the leap of giving up all those convenient and tasty items offered as foods.
